      Given that NMR spectrometers are large-scale precision instruments, they have stringent requirements for installation conditions and laboratory environments. To address this, we will dispatch professional engineers to conduct on-site visits, offering services such as on-site surveys, spatial layout design, and the completion of key preparatory work prior to instrument installation.

Product Installation  

      To ensure the smooth operation of Q.One product you have purchased, we will provide you with professional and standardized installation services.  

1. Receiving the Goods: Upon receiving the shipment, please verify the number of packing boxes against the Product Receipt Inspection Form and carefully inspect the integrity of the goods’ packaging.  

2. Installation Preparation: Please contact us in advance to coordinate the preparation of all necessary conditions for instrument installation. These include ensuring compliance with requirements for power supply, gas sources, and auxiliary materials as detailed in the Installation Preparation Instructions.

3. Installation and Commissioning: Our installation engineers will arrive at the site as scheduled and strictly perform product installation, commissioning, and basic operation demonstrations in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).  

Usage and Application Training  

       Whether you are a basic NMR user or an advanced one, Q.One is committed to providing you with enthusiastic and comprehensive usage and application training after the product is installed and commissioned. This training is designed to help you quickly and proficiently master various basic operations of the instrument, from routine sample loading and parameter setting to data acquisition and preliminary processing. For advanced users, it will also cover more complex application scenarios, such as optimizing experimental conditions for specific samples, and utilizing advanced pulse sequences.
