Over the past decade, Q.One has focused on the system design and manufacturing of NMR superconducting magnets. Based on Oxford Instruments' actively shielded (AS) NMR magnet technology, we have independently developed the AS Pro series of 400 MHz and 600 MHz magnets—featuring improved performance in magnetic field stability, homogeneity, shielding efficiency, and liquid helium hold time—and the brnad new ANS500 magnet.

Excellent electromagnetic performance: The AS Pro and ANS series magnets utilize high-performance NbTi and Nb3Sn low-temperature superconducting wires for magnet coils. Our optimized compact coil structure design, sophisticated coil winding and curing techniques as well as advanced joint technology ensure exceptional magnetic field homogeneity and stability (minimized magnetic field drift).






Technical Integration and Compact Design: The compact AS Pro and ANS series magnets also integrate with other key components, which includes superconducting shim coils, active shielding coils, and magnetic field stabilization (stab) coils—greatly enhancing their performance in complex environments. The multi-configured cryogenic shimming design further improves magnetic field homogeneity and reduces dependence on room-temperature shimming. The active shielding design effectively minimizes the impact of stray fields, enabling more flexible laboratory layouts for installation. The stab coil can mitigate the effects of external magnetic field fluctuations, ensuring exceptional stability of the central magnetic field.

Extended Liquid Helium Retention Time: Due to their compact electromagnetic structure, the AS Pro and ANS series magnets feature an optimized cryostat cavity and enhanced thermal insulation performance. These improvements minimize heat ingress and helium evaporation, thereby extending the liquid helium retention time significantly.




Comprehensive Magnet Accessories: Q.One offers accessories such as magnet legs and cryogen level meters. The magnet legs include passive elastic support legs (fixed legs) and high-performance pneumatic vibration isolation systems (air-floating legs). For laboratories requiring more refined spectral results, or those affected by ground vibrations or located on higher floors, air-floating legs are equipped to minimize the interference. Additionally, all Q.One magnets are equipped with liquid nitrogen and liquid helium level meters, to monitor the status of the magnet's cryogenic system and provide alerts for cryogen refilling.
