On June 13, 2024, the handover ceremony of the Chinese government's aid to Myanmar's National Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Medical Training Center project was held in the capital of Myanmar, Naypyidaw. As a key project with high positioning and great influence of the "the Belt and Road", this project has received high attention and support from the two governments.

Under the joint witness of Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Chen Hai, Secretary of the Myanmar National Management Committee Lieutenant General Ang Lindui, several members of the Myanmar National Management Committee and government ministers, Deputy Director of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Li Qun, Embassy Counselor Zheng Zhihong, Counsellor Ouyang Daobing, as well as ambassadors from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and other countries, Wuhan Zhongke Oxford Spectroscopy Technology Co., Ltd.'s 400MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, as the "face bearer", was officially delivered to the Myanmar government along with many other instruments and equipment.

China aided Myanmar CDC is a landmark project of China Myanmar friendly cooperation, which was started in 2021. It is not only a key project of China's the Belt and Road foreign aid in recent years, but also emphasizes systematic personnel training on the basis of aid facilities and equipment. The Myanmar government is planning to relocate its Ministry of Health to this location, fully leveraging the value of this country's most comprehensive and professional institution, and comprehensively enhancing its research and management capabilities in healthcare. Wuhan Zhongke Oxford not only attended the handover ceremony as the only instrument representative, but also overcame difficulties such as tight local power supply and long transportation distances to successfully complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment, receiving high praise from leaders of the disease control center and engineers and technicians from Myanmar.
